We understand that sometimes you need to return an item—whether it's something you no longer need or just didn’t work out. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To ensure your return is processed quickly and your credit is issued promptly, please follow these steps:
How to Return an Item

Request an RGA Number
Before sending anything back, contact our team via phone or email to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Every return must have an RGA number and be in its original, unused, unaltered condition with its original packaging. Items that don’t meet these criteria may be subject to additional handling fees or refusal. -
Package Your Return Securely
- Use a sturdy shipping carton to protect the item during transit.
- Clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the box.
- Do not write on, tape, or affix shipping labels directly to the product packaging. We need to return items to stock, and damaged packaging can’t be resold.

Include Your Invoice
To speed up processing, please include your invoice number or a copy of your original invoice showing the purchase date.
Important Notes
- A $4.50 processing fee applies per RGA number.
- Special order and non-stocking items are not eligible for returns.
